Services & pricing

Flat-rate pricing, published like it should be.

Real starting prices for real jobs, listed below before you ever call. Every visit begins with an $89 diagnostic that’s credited toward the repair — and every repair price is approved by you before work starts.

AC repair

Cooling back on — usually the same visit.

A Miami house without AC isn't an inconvenience, it's unlivable. When your system stops cooling, short-cycles, ices up, or trips the breaker, we diagnose it for $89 — and that $89 comes off the repair the moment you approve it.

Our vans carry the two hundred parts that cause most failures: capacitors, contactors, fan motors, float switches, thermostats. That's why the majority of repairs finish in one trip instead of a week of waiting on parts.

  • Full system inspection with the diagnosis, not just the broken part
  • Exact flat price quoted and approved before any work starts
  • Refrigerant levels checked and documented on your invoice
  • 1-year labor warranty on the repair

Flat rates — ac repair

Diagnostic visit (credited toward repair)
$89
Capacitor replacement
from $189
Contactor replacement

Refrigerant leak search

Every repair is quoted flat from the book before work starts — these are honest starting points, not bait.

AC installation

A new system, sized right, permitted, done in a day.

When a compressor dies on a 14-year-old system, replacement usually beats a four-figure repair. We do a real load calculation — not a guess from the old unit's sticker — then quote a flat installed price that includes the permit, the code-required disconnect and pad work, and haul-away of the old equipment.

Most changeouts are done in a single day, and new-system estimates are free: if you're weighing repair versus replace, we'll price both and tell you which one we'd pick for our own house.

  • Free in-home estimate — no diagnostic fee on replacement quotes
  • Manual J load calculation to size the system correctly
  • Permit, inspection scheduling, and haul-away included in the price
  • Financing available, subject to credit approval

Installed prices include permit, code items, and haul-away — the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Plumbing repair

Small leaks become big bills. We stop them at small.

A running toilet wastes water every hour, and a slow drip under the sink turns into a cabinet floor replacement. Plumbing calls get the same treatment as AC: flat-rate from the book, quoted before we start, no hourly meter running while we work.

We handle the everyday failures — faucets, fill valves, angle stops, supply lines, hose bibs, garbage disposals — and the sneaky ones, like slab-adjacent leaks you can hear but can't find.

  • Flat price approved before work starts, nights and weekends included
  • Water shutoff located and tested on every visit — you should know where it is
  • Old parts shown to you, not just described
  • 1-year labor warranty on the repair

Repipes and larger jobs are quoted flat after a walkthrough — free, and the quote holds for 30 days.

Water heaters

Cold shower this morning? Hot water tonight.

Most tank water heaters give out between years eight and twelve — usually with a puddle, sometimes with a flood. If yours is leaking from the tank itself, it's done; call before it lets go. We stock common 40- and 50-gallon units and can usually swap a failed tank the same day you call.

Going tankless? We'll be straight about it: endless hot water and closet space back, but a bigger up-front number. We price both and let you choose.

  • Same-day tank replacement in most cases
  • Drain pan, strapping, and expansion control brought to code
  • Old unit hauled away — included, not an add-on
  • Financing available on replacements, subject to credit approval

from $1,450
50-gallon tank, installed
from $1,650
Tankless conversion, installed

Anode rod / maintenance flush

Installed prices include haul-away and code items. If your unit is repairable, we'll say so — a $210 flush beats a $1,450 tank.

Drain cleaning

Cleared, camera-checked, and priced before we start.

A slow drain is annoying. A backed-up main is a Saturday ruined and a bathroom out of commission. We clear both — cable machines for everyday clogs, hydro-jetting for grease-packed lines and root intrusion that keeps coming back.

Every main-line clearing includes a free camera inspection afterward, so you can see exactly what caused it and whether it'll happen again. No mystery, no scare tactics — the footage speaks for itself.

  • Flat price by the drain, not by the hour
  • Camera inspection free with any main-line clearing
  • Honest read on whether a clog is one-off or a symptom
  • 1-year labor warranty on the work

Flat rates — drain cleaning

Single fixture drain (sink, tub, shower)
from $180
Main sewer line clearing

If a line needs more than a clearing, you'll see the camera footage before anyone talks about digging.
